  7. Extiende sobre las capas anteriores y cocina a baño maría hasta que cuaje bien. Yo lo hice en la Essen, que no requiere agua para el baño maría. Estará listo cuando el palillo que introduzcas salga limpio.
  8. Los puedes servir caliente o frío. Si lo sirves caliente, se me ocurre que quedaría super con una salsa, tipo bechamel.
