- 1 chorrito vino blanco
- Harina
- Sal
- aove
- 1 brick de 400 gramos Tomate frito
- Queso rallado
Instructions to make to make Lasaña de verduras
- Partir la berenjena en rodajas, salar y dejar sudar 30 minutos. Mientras limpiar la calabaza, partir en trozos
- Poner a cocer con agua y sal a fuego medio unos 8 minutos. Sacar y reservar
- En el mismo agua poner a cocer el brócoli unos 4 minutos. Sacar y reservar. Reservar el caldo de cocción de las verduras
- En una sartén con un poco de AOVE, a fuego bajo poner la berenjena partida en trozos con un poco de sal
- Cuando esté blanda añadir la calabaza
- Rehogar unos minutos y añadir 1 cucharadita de harina y rehogar
- Añadir un poquito de nuez moscada y parte del caldo reservado, poco a poco, removiendo
- Cuando ha espesado retiramos y reservamos
- Limpiamos la sartén y ponemos un poco de AOVE a fuego suave y entonces añadimos los champiñones laminados, ajo en polvo, sal y perejil fresco picado
- Rehogamos y añadimos un chorrito de vino blanco, dejamos que reduzca y añadimos el brócoli troceado
- Rehogamos 2-3 minutos y añadimos 1 cucharadita de harina, removemos y añadimos caldo de cocción de las verduras poco a poco hasta que espese. Reservar
- Calentamos un poco de tomate frito y lo ponemos en la base de una fuente para horno
- Empezamos a montar la lasaña, yo he usado placas precocidas que no necesitan remojo, pero si las pasáis por agua caliente unos segundos queda mejor
- Ponemos una placa sobre el tomate caliente
- Encima parte de la mezcla de berenjena y calabaza
- Encima otra placa
- Encima parte de la mezcla de champiñones y brócoli
- Encima un poco de tomate frito caliente
- Encima otra placa, capa de berenjena, placa, capa de champiñones, tomate, y otra placa
- Cubrir todo con una buena capa de tomate frito caliente y encima queso rallado
- Meter al horno siguiendo las indicaciones del fabricante de la lasaña, en mi caso a 200º y la he tenido 20 minutos.
