- En una olla adecuada a la cantidad de mezcla, poner el curry y la canela.

- Darle al fuego, ves dando vueltas con la cuchara de madera, o sea, es tostar sin llegar a que se queme un gramo.

- Añadir inmediatamente la crema que tenías en reserva.

- Bajar a fuego medio bajo, remover para unificar sabores y homogeneizar la mezcla, hasta que empiece a querer hervir. Apagar.

- Servir, yo la acompañe de unas nueces para decorar el plato y combina muy bien.
