- Añadir la cucharada de brandy, remover. Poner la masa quebrada o el hojaldre en la tartera con el papel que trae.



- Dejar cocer la masa hasta que parezca que se está pegando en la sartén. Poner el horno a 180°la parte de abajo. Batir los huevos y añadir el queso. Yo puse algo más. Apartar la sartén y añadir los huevos, mezclar muy bien, verás que salen los hilos del queso, verter al molde y al horno durante unos 30 minutos, a mí se tostó el papel y como me pareció que el hojaldre le faltaba un poco, le puse arriba y abajo 10 minutos más a 120°.
