Pero no logré encontrar esta mantequilla en Alicante, así que use un poco de aceite de oliva con una cucharada de mantequilla normal. En el paso siguiente os cuento lo que hice.
- Cocer las verduras al vapor. Una vez cocidas pasarlas por la sartén con el aceite y la mantequilla. Flambear las verduras con una copita de coñac y añadirle el picado de cilantro y perejil.
