En esta ocasión os mezclo dos cremitas, una de lombarda y otra cremita de calabaza con zanahoria, de colofón decoramos con unas gambitas saladas.

- En otra sartén sofreímos con un poco de aceite la lombarda, previamente troceada y le añadimos de vaso de vino negro, dejándola cocer para mezclar sabores.
- Una vez este todo bien tierno y el alcohol del vino evaporado, trituramos por separado las verduras. Añadimos canela en polvo a la lombarda y rectificamos su punto de salado, mezclando bien con la batidora.
- Trituramos en otro recipiente la calabaza y la zanahoria, añadiéndole pimienta y sal al gusto.
- Repartimos ambas salsas en dos recipientes, colocando la lombarda en el fondo, sobre la lombarda la crema de calabaza.
- Pelamos las gambas, previamente descongeladas y decoramos nuestro plato con las gambas peladitas.
- Podemos calentar unos 15 minutos al horno, a 150º antes de servir, si se nos han enfriado las salsas.
