  5. Dejamos cocer hasta que la patata esté bien hecha, unos 20 minutos. Pasamos por la batidora y añadimos un chorrito de leche evaporada
  6. En una sartén a fuego fuerte doramos el bacon hasta que esté churresqueteado
  7. Servimos la crema con los trocitos de bacon y a disfrutar
