- 2 Pechugas de pollo
- 1 Cebolla grande
- 1 Puñado Pasas
- 2 Cucharadas Miel
- Canela, comino, curry, pimentón, pimienta, cilantro
- 1 Calabaza Cacahuete
- 2 Tazas Sémola
- 2 Tazas Caldo de verduras

- Lavamos y cortamos la calabaza en 4 partes. Quitamos las pepitas y colocamos en la fuente del horno con un poco de aceite y sal. Horneamos a 180ºC durante una hora más o menos, hasta que se caramelice un poco por los bordes.

- Hacemos la sémola como indique el fabricante. Nosotros le añadimos la misma cantidad de caldo hirviendo, dejamos tapado 5 minutos y removemos con un tenedor echando un poquito de AOVE por encima.

- Cortamos el pollo en tiras finas, sazonamos y salteamos a fuego fuerte. Cuando este casi hecho, echamos las especias y reservamos.

- En la misma sartén, pero a fuego bajo, pochamos la cebolla.

- Cuando esté transparente añadimos las pasas, el pollo, la miel y si hace falta más especias.

- Sofreímos todo junto durante un par de minutos y rectificamos de sal y especias.

- Emplatamos con un buen trozo de calabaza asada, la sémola, y el pollo por encima. Nosotros hemos congelado la mitad del pollo para otro día :)
