  4. Cuando empiece a salir vapor, bajamos a fuego medio y esperamos 10 minutos. Al finalizar éstos, apagamos el fuego y esperamos a que salga todo el vapor sin forzar.
  5. Cuando ya podamos abrir la olla, trituramos todo, mezclamos con los quesitos y ya tenemos nuestra crema!
