    Mezclamos bien ya sea con unas varillas eléctricas o con la thermomix.
  3. Cubrimos un molde de horno con papel de hornear. Para ello ponemos el papel de horno debajo del grifo, lo escurrimos bien y así se amoldará perfectamente.

    Volcamos toda la masa y la distribuimos uniformemente.
  4. Ahora espolvoreamos azúcar y canela por encima para hacer una costra.
  5. Horneamos durante 30 minutos a 180ºC.
  6. Desmoldamos y dejamos que se enfríe para servir.
  7. Vais a ver que delicia. Es una coca muy esponjosa con un toque de canela que la hará irresistible.
