  5. Cuando la cebolla y los ajos estén tiernos añadimos las gulas y las gambas peladas, sin descongelar.
  6. Mientras cambian de color las gambas troceamos las varitas de surimi a rodajitas de medio centímetro y las añadimos a la sartén cuando las gambas cambien de color.
  7. Dejamos mezclarse sabores removiendo, rectificamos el punto de sal (recordad que la calabaza es dulzona) y dejamos combinar sabores unos 5 minutos a fuego lento o con vitrocerámica apagada.
  8. Con la ayuda de un saca bolas o una cuchara vaciamos el interior de la calabaza.
  9. Desechamos las semillas de la calabaza y guardamos en un bol la calabaza sobrante para añadirla al relleno sobrante, para realizar una tortilla o para lo que os apetezca.
  10. Llenamos ambas mitades de calabaza con el relleno, cubrimos abundantemente de queso parmesano y horneamos a 160º unos 15 minutos con calor abajo.
  11. Gratinamos otros 10 minutos con calor arriba, hasta que el queso se comience a dorar.
  12. Servir y comer caliente.
